Abstract1219)      PDF(pc) (299KB)(1094)       Save
Hydrocracking is one of the most important processes in modern oil refining industry. Exisring hy-drocracking capacity is 9. 85 Mr/a in China and will be furrher expanded in the future, In recent years, large scale hydrocrackers were designed and installed in China ro meer defferent demands of target prodiucts, New technologies, such as those for MHC , MPHC, M~~Q and lube oil hydrotreating, and asponding catalysts have been developed and commercialized by Fushun Research Instifute of Petra4eand Petrochemicals (FRIPP)

Abstract856)      PDF(pc) (213KB)(1070)       Save

CH-20 hydrotreating catalyst, using Mo-Ni as hydrogenating component and Al203 Prepared fromAl2(SO4)3 and NaAlO2 as support, has a suitable pore structure, high hydrogenating activity and good stabili-ty. It can be used in coker gas oil (CGO) hydrotreating process to prepare FCC ftedstocks. The test resultsshow that using CH-20 catalyst under moderate pressure (H, partial pressure 6. 4MPa) and hydrotreatingpipeline CGO with N content of 0. 49% (basic-nitrogen 0. l9% ) and S content of 0. 92%, hydrodenitro-genation (HDN) efficiency of 76. 0% ~78. 0%,de-basic-nitrogen effieiency of about 85% and desulfurizationefficiency of up to 95% or even higher can be attained. CH-20 was first commercially used on a 300kt/d hy-drotreating unit at Changling Refinery in February, 1997 with good hydrotreating results. Under inlet pres-sure of 6. 3MPa (H2 partial pressure 5. 8MPa) and inlet temperature of 340 ℃ and with CGO of 0.45% N con-tent (basic-nitrogen 0.165% ) as feedstock, tbe basic-nitrogen content in hydrotreated coker gas oil (HT-CG0) is less than 5O0μg/g。

Abstract879)      PDF(pc) (67KB)(997)       Save
This article described the industral application of PT-105 Raney nickel catalyst in a ethylamineplant. Test operation of the catalyst for 240h at GHSV 1650h-1 showed an ethanol single-pass conversionof 52. 8% and selectivity to ethylamine of 97. 8%. The distribution of MEA,DEA and TEA in raw prod-uct can be adjusted by N/C ratio. The p1ant has been in operation for one year and the feedstocks con-sumption showed that PT-105 catalyst exhibited excellent performance and resuIted in remarkable eco-nomic benifit.

Abstract825)      PDF(pc) (146KB)(1114)       Save
This method for determination of the diffusivity of molecular sieves is based on gas chromatographyvan Deemeter equation. In this method,mo1ecular sieves sample is filled into the GC column and the ab-sorbate injected to it,and then theoretical plate height (H) of the GC column is calculated from the GCpeak area. According to H vs linear velocity (c) curve the slope is obtained and the diffusivity (Dp)determined- This paper is involved in various diffusivities of oxygen or nitrogen in 8 kinds of 5A and 4kinds of l3X molecular sieves. The results show that the diffusivites of different samples are different. The method may be app1ied to 0ther absorbates and catalysts, and also to the measurement under differ-ent temperatures.
